Order Processing

We dispatch every business day at 08:00, so your order leaves us within 24 hours of being placed. As soon as it ships, you'll get a tracking link by email.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Not happy with your order? You have a 30-day window to return it — that's your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, extended by PUNXR as a goodwill gesture. Start any return on the self-service Returns page; no account needed.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason; PUNXR extends this to 30 days. Use the “Withdraw from contract” function on the Returns page or send us a clear statement. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email, stating the date and time. You have 30 days from receiving your order to tell us you're withdrawing.

How to Return

  • •Open the Returns page and enter your order number and email — no account needed.
  • •Choose the items and a reason, then submit. You'll get an email confirmation with a timestamp.
  • •Send the items to the return address we provide within 14 days, in the condition you received them.
  • •We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods (or your proof of return).

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns and withdrawals you pay the direct cost of returning the goods; we'll give you the return address once you submit your request. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or your proof of return, whichever is earlier. A withdrawal refund includes the standard delivery cost of your original order. We may reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item's nature and function.

2-Year Legal Guarantee

Every product has a statutory 2-year guarantee against faults and lack of conformity. For a defective item you are entitled first to a free repair or replacement; a price reduction or refund applies if that is impossible, fails, or is disproportionate. This is separate from, and additional to, the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and include photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you — clear photos help us resolve your claim quickly.

Return Conditions

  • •You may inspect items as you would in a shop; using them further may reduce your refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
